    MAHAMUDRA RETREAT MARCH 29-31
The next Mahamudra Retreat at KTP will take place March 29-31.

The retreat is based on Bokar Rinpoche's Mahamudra program, which continues under Khenpo Lodro Donyo Rinpoche, introducing students to the path of Mahamudra in the Karma Kagyu tradition. For those of you have been regularly participating in this retreat and are committed to these practices this retreat will hopefully inspire and support your practice. For new or returning participants the sessions will include the instruction and practices of calm abiding and insight meditation, the common, extraordinary and special preliminaries to Mahamudra and Bodhicitta and tonglen.

This retreat has been designed so that you may attend for a single session or use a cabin and be in residence for the entire retreat. We are asking part time participants to attend the morning sessions. The vow of Refuge is required to attend and will be offered during the retreat.

The cost of the retreat is on a donation basis according to your level of participation. Three or more sessions per day, suggested donation $25 per day and includes cabin use. Single session, suggested donation $10. Please register by March 10 with Melissa at melissa@sonic.net or in person and let her know the sessions you will be attending and if you need a cabin. If you stay the day or are in residence you will be responsible for your own meals.
